Using the Execute-RC™ project management methodology, RCC will provide bi-weekly status reporting to the project owner. The status report will detail the scope of ongoing operations and selected projects while documenting issues impeding expected progress. The report will also recommend resolution actions by the parties assigned to resolve those issues.
