RCC is a privately held firm supplying fully integrated services to the healthcare revenue cycle management industry. The company was formed as a “coalition” of willing multi-disciplinary revenue cycle professionals who so strongly believed in the need to integrate processes and technologies across the full revenue cycle continuum of services with project management rigor that they staked their careers on that proposition.

Principal, Access Management and Technology Innovation Services

John Thompson leads our Access Management Service and Revenue Cycle Technology Service Lines. John is a highly accomplished consulting professional with extensive experience and proven accomplishments as both a Patient Access and overall Revenue Cycle Director. He has over 25 years of progressive experience providing innovative solutions in varied, highly challenging environments. John has successfully implemented overall revenue cycle, patient access and patient accounting operational improvements, including all facets of project management, work flow analysis, organizational redesign, quality improvement, training and development, and facility planning.

Mark D. Devine, MBA, RHIA

Principal, Health Information Management & Technology Services

Mark Devine leads our Health Information Management Service Line. He is a highly accomplished consulting professional with over 20 years of experience managing Health Information Management operations for healthcare organizations and providing consulting and technical services in the healthcare industry. Mark has proven expertise in project management, system implementation, re-engineering, meeting Joint Commission standards and improving reimbursement potential in acute care, long-term care and psychiatric facilities.

Shannon J. Gill, CSSGB

Director, Patient Accounts Management & Technology Services

Shannon Gill leads our Patient Accounts Management Service Line. Shannon is an accomplished healthcare finance professional with 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management including Patient Access, Patient Accounting, and Healthcare Information Management. Shannon is experienced in streamlining work-flow and implementing efficient and cost-effective procedures through Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma techniques.
